The running of cities is based on city infrastructures, including utilities, sanitation facilities, transportation facilities, gardening facilities, etc. The number of these facilities is so big that the management of these facilities is always a challenge to the operators of cities.

　　By surveying the facilities with high precision and collecting the attributes of them, a well-populated spatial database of facilities is established. Then we build an information system (Web application) to support daily inspection (with an Android mobile phone) and following trouble-shooting task assignment, workforce performance evaluation, etc.
